1940s Fringed Silk Crepe Wiggle Dress mao-hide Wraps to close with snapsAmazing and unusual black silk wool crepe dress that is cut on the bias and fits fantastically when on and has a remarkable fringe detailing on the skirt! The dress itself is cut simply a long lean skirt with just the slightest of an A line cut to it. It nips in at the waist and the bodice is simple with a slight V neckline and a faux wrap effect that is caught up along one side. Each shoulder is gathered at the top and it has short cap sleeves. But
